Save to Google: A Great Chrome Extension to Organize Bookmarks

If there is one thing I dislike about the features of search engines, it's the bookmarking feature.  As an educational technology teacher, I have at least hundreds of bookmarked sites.  My position entails keeping up to date and it's not possible to study it all at once. Bookmarks are difficult to use as you have to have a pretty good memory to remember site names.  So here is a great Chrome Web Store Extension that I learned about from Lee Webster's latest Google Demo Slam #27 - Save to Google:

It gives you a Google Keep feel that has visuals and tags to go along with your bookmarked website.

It takes organization to another level higher by allowing you to tag bookmarked sites and viewing them by tag name.  This eliminates the overwhelming feeling you get when you look through a very long list of bookmarked sites.

Here is what the side panel looks like, again, very similar to Google Keep, easy to use.  The best part is, you may import all Chrome Bookmarks you already have instead of going through all of them again to bookmark in Save to Google.

Hope you find this as useful as I do.  Thanks for reading!
